Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your 333x account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, to comply with standard payment verification practices.
Before a withdrawal is processed, 333x may request identity verification documents including your CNIC and proof of the payment method used. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is applied consistently across all accounts, not selectively.

Funds associated with an active bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering condition is fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting bonus conditions will result in the bonus being removed from the account balance.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 333x promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

All PSL bet settlements are based on official results announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and PSL authorities. No internal 333x decision overrides an official result.

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, game freeze or server error — during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's recorded server-side result, not by what was displayed on your screen at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be completed or verified by the game server, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance.
